How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email which contains a link to track your delivery. Please use this for delivery updates. Or you can use the Self Manage tool on our help centre to track your parcel.

I have not received an order confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation please firstly check that your email was entered correctly and if so please check your email’s spam folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation please contact us and one of our team will help f

I need to change something on my order

Please note we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. However if you notice your shipping address is incorrect or you need to edit an order directly after placing the order please contact us here and our tea

Can I cancel my order?

If you realise after placing your order that you need to make an amendment or altogether cancel the order please contact our support team here ASAP or use the Management Flow on the help centre and request a cancellation. Please note that only orders

Do I have to pay customs on my order?

USA. WIT now offers an express delivery service into the US. You will not be charged customs or import duties as long as your order remains below the threshold of $800. If your order is over this amount we suggest splitting your order into 2 to save
