How do I make a return?Updated a year ago

To make an online return, follow these simple steps:

• Start your return here - Here
• Enter your order number and email address
• Choose the item(s) you would like to return
• Select your preferred method of return. 
• Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag.
• Drop off at nearest post office or drop off location.

Please head to our help page "How can I make an exchange?" to find out how to process these.

Refunds

Once your items are received at our warehouse it can take up to 25 working days to process refunds. Funds will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.

Faulty items

Should you believe an item purchased from WIT Fitness to be faulty, please get in touch here and someone from our Customer Care team will assist you ASAP.

Please note we do not accept returns for the following:

• All nutrition products
• Psychi chalk or any chalk product
• Adapt tape and any other tape products
• Underwear or socks
