I need to change something on my orderUpdated a year ago

Please note we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

However if you notice your shipping address is incorrect or you need to edit an order directly after placing the order please contact us here and our team will get back to you ASAP.

What if my order has already shipped?

I am afraid we are unable to update anything on an order once an order has shipped. 

If it is an address that input incorrectly, we suggest contacting the tenants at the shipping address and asking them to reject delivery for you. This will send the parcel back to us and from there we can redirect to your preferred address.
