If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your WIT Fitness purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase provided ALL items are in "as new" condition, still have their original tags attached to them and are in their original box (where applicable).

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is outlined below:
- We now offer exchanges and returns for an online credit note for free within the UK. Returns for a cash refund will incur a £4.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Customers returning from outside of the UK will be responsible for the cost of the return, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All returns should be in 'as new condition' both unwashed and unworn, within the original box (where applicable), and crucially, with the item(s) tags still attached.
- All items are subject to inspection.
Please note we do not accept returns for the following:
- All nutrition products
- Psychi chalk or any chalk product
- Adapt tape and any other tape products
- Underwear or socks
- Mystery Box items
